HHHHHH is a synthetic hexahistidine (His6) tag-containing peptide. This product contains a hexahistidine sequence (HHHHHH). Polyhistidine tags coordinate immobilized transition-metal ions and are widely used in immobilized metal affinity chromatography, especially Ni-NTA and cobalt-based capture.
