Yellow Fever Virus NS1 (127-141) Peptide GRKNGSFIIDGKSRK is a peptide from the nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) of yellow fever virus (YFV). The sequence is directly present in the public NS1 protein sequence and has been represented in systematic YFV peptide/epitope mapping datasets. Yellow Fever Virus NS1 NS1 is a flavivirus nonstructural glycoprotein involved in viral replication and host interactions.
