SRC Kinase Substrate

SRC Kinase Substrate is a synthetic research peptide in the Src-family tyrosine kinase peptide substrate family. Src-family kinases phosphorylate tyrosine residues within sequence-dependent peptide contexts. Synthetic linear and cyclic peptide substrates have been used to evaluate Src-family kinase catalytic activity, substrate recognition, and effects of peptide conformation or tyrosine substitution on phosphorylation.
