SALMF amide 1 (S1)

SALMF amide 1 (S1) is a 8-residue synthetic peptide with the sequence Gly-Phe-Asn-Ser-Ala-Leu-Met-Phe. C-terminal amidation removes the terminal carboxylate charge. The sequence has a relatively high hydrophobic-residue fraction that can influence aqueous solubility and surface adsorption.
