Fluorescent Dyes, Labeling Reagents, and Peptide Conjugation Tools
LifeTein provides fluorescent labeling services, dye-conjugated peptide support, and selected fluorescent reagents for research applications. Our platform supports peptide labeling, protein labeling, imaging probe development, FRET studies, assay development, and custom conjugation projects using a broad range of fluorescent dyes, quenchers, and linker chemistries.
Fluorescent labeling is widely used in peptide science, protein science, molecular imaging, cellular uptake studies, binding assays, FRET systems, and probe development. LifeTein supports these workflows with both custom fluorescent labeling services and selected dye / linker products.
We provide fluorescent labeling services using FITC, FAM, TAMRA, Cyanine dyes (Cy3, Cy3.5, Cy5, Cy5.5, Cy7, Cy7.5), EDANS/Dabcyl, MCA, AZDye or Alexa Fluor dyes (including Alexa488, Alexa532, Alexa546, Alexa594, Alexa633, Alexa647), ATTO dyes (Atto465, Atto488, Atto495, Atto550, Atto647), and DyLight dyes such as DyLight 488 and DyLight 550. If your required fluorescent dye is not listed, please contact us.

Fluorescent Labeling Services
LifeTein offers custom fluorescent labeling services for peptides and related molecules. Depending on the sequence and application, dyes can often be introduced at the N-terminus, C-terminus, lysine side chain, cysteine side chain, or through a linker strategy. We also support quencher pairing and selected dual-label designs for imaging and assay applications.
This flexibility is useful for customers developing custom imaging probes, cell-penetrating peptide tracers, receptor-binding probes, labeled control reagents, and fluorescence-based assay standards.
