GRKKRRQRRRPQPLHS(Tp) is a synthetic HIV Tat-derived cell-penetrating peptide-containing construct. This product contains the arginine-rich HIV Tat cell-penetrating motif centered on RKKRRQRRR. Tat-derived peptides have been extensively used for intracellular delivery, and structure-function studies indicate that guanidinium groups of the arginine-rich motif make a major contribution to uptake.
