Bombinin - like Peptide (BLP -1) is a synthetic research peptide in the bombinin amphibian antimicrobial peptide family. Bombinins are antimicrobial peptides from Bombina frog skin secretions. Bombinin and bombinin-H peptides are encoded in amphibian precursor genes and display broad membrane-active antimicrobial properties.
