RAB24 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (1-203) and having a molecular mass of 25.7 kDa.RAB24 is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The RAB24 solution (0.5mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 2mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl, 0.1M EDTA and 30% glycerol.
