RAB23 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 254 amino acids (1-234) and having a molecular mass of 28.5 kDa.RAB23 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The RAB23 solution (0.5mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF and 30% glycerol.
