HGF-A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 463 amino acids fragment (32-494) having a total molecular weight of 57.8kDa. The HGF-A is fused with a 4.5kDa amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.The HGF-A is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
