VAV1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 400 amino acids (189-565a.a) and having a molecular mass of 46.8kDa.VAV1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:VAV1 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 30% glycerol and 2mM DTT.
