RPS19 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 168 amino acids (1-145) and having a molecular mass of 18.4kDa. RPS19 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The RPS19 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.2M NaCl, 40% glycerol and 2mM DTT.
