RGS14 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 586 amino acids (1-566 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 63.6kDa.RGS14 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:RGS14 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH7.5, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT and 200mM NaCl.
