RAB3B Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 239 amino acids (1-219) and having a molecular mass of 26.9 kDa.The RAB3B is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:RAB3B protein 0.5mg/ml is supplied in 20mM Tris-HCl, pH-8, 0.1M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 20% Glycerol.
