NAGK Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 367 amino acids (1-344) and having a molecular mass of 39.8kDa.NAGK is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The NAGK solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100mM NaCl, 2mM DTT and 20% glycerol.
