MICB Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 326 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 37kDa. The sequence contains the extracellular domain of the mature human MICB (amino acid residues Ala23 _ Tyr312). The MICB is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
