LSM12 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 218 amino acids (1-195 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 24.1kDa.LSM12 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:LSM12 protein solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 7.5), 0.1M NaCl, 10% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
