Interleukin 34 Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a glycosylated homodimer, containing 460 amino acids and having a total molecular weight of 52.5kDa.The IL34 protein is fused to a His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The IL34 was lyophilized from a solution containing 20mM Sodium Citrate, pH 3.0 and 75mM NaCl.

Stability:Lyophilized IL34 although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C.
