Recombinant HCV Core 1-120 produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 140 amino acids (aa 1-120) and having a molecular mass of 15.7kDa.Recombinant HCV Core 1-120 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
