Recombinant HCV NS5A produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 118 amino acids (aa 2210-2306) and having a molecular mass of 13.4kDa.Recombinant HCV NS5A is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The HCV NS5A protein solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 40% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
