Recombinant Human HSP47 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 422 amino acids (18-418 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 46.8kDa. HSP47 human recombinant is fused to a 20 amino acid His Tag at N-terminus and purified by convential chromatogrpahy techniques.
