GNG13 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 87 amino acids (1-64 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 10.0 kDa. GNG13 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:GNG13 protein solution (0.25 mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.2M NaCl, 40% glycerol, 2mM DTT and 0.1mM PMSF.
