GREM2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 170 amino acids (22-168) and having a molecular mass of 19kDa. GREM2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The GREM2 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.4M Urea and 10% glycerol.
