FTSJ2 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 219 amino acids (51-246) and having a molecular mass of 24.1 kDa.FTSJ2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The FTSJ2 solution (1mg/1ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 0.15M NaCl, 1mM DTT and 30% glycerol.
