COX4NB Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 230 amino acids (1-210) and having a molecular mass of 25.9 kDa.The COX4NB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The COX4NB solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 1mM DTT, 0.1M NaCl and 10% glycerol.
