CD9 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 107 amino acids (112-195) and having a molecular mass of 12kDa.CD9 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The CD9 solution (0.25mg/1ml) contains Phosphate buffer saline (pH 7.4), 20% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
