CD5 Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 371 amino acids (25-372) and having a molecular mass of 41.0 kDa.CD5 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The CD5 solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 0.4M Urea.
Physical Appearance:Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity:Greater than 80% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
