CD4 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 396 amino acids (26-396 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 44kDa. CD4 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:CD4 protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris Hcl, PH8.0 and 10% glycerol.
Physical Appearance:Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity:Greater than 85% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
