LifeTein has the capacity in solid phase with 10 liters and up to 50 Liters. In addition, LifeTein possesses the capabilities of Fmoc, t-Boc, Cbz, solution phase synthesis, fragment condensation as well as ligation chemistries. All the purification and lyophilization are performed in specifically designed clean rooms. Our expertise with synthetic chemistry is to help you with your drug discovery and drug development processes. We have the ability to sterile fill up to thousands vials of lyophilized peptides. Quality Control

LifeTein has developed a quality assurance system covering all aspects required for the cGMP production of peptide API's. All the specifications are tested including the solubility, appearance, stability, peptide content residual organic solvent content, counter ion content and endotoxin. We use gradient HPLC to purify the desired peak, and the final compound is analyzed again by reverse phase HPLC to verify purity. Mass spectrometry is used to verify the mass of the peptide.
