| This gene encodes a Z-DNA binding protein. The encoded protein plays a role in the innate immune response by binding to foreign DNA and inducing type-I interferon production. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. |

Immunoprecipitation of ZBP1 from 500 µg extracts of 293F cells transfected with ZBP1 was performed using 2 µg of ZBP1 Rabbit mAb (LTA24808). Rabbit IgG isotype control (AC042) was used to precipitate the Control IgG sample. IP samples were eluted with 1X Laemmli Buffer. The Input lane represents 10% of the total input.Western blot analysis of immunoprecipitates was conducted using ZBP1 Rabbit mAb (LTA24808) at a dilution of 1 : 3000. |
