IL 12 p40 Human Recombinant produced in Hi-5 cell using Baculovirus is a single polypeptide chain containing 315 amino acids (23-328) and having a molecular mass of 35.8kDa.IL 12 p40 is fused to a 6 amino acid His-tag at C-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Formulation:The IL 12 p40 solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 100mM NaCl, 2mM DTT, 100mM PMSF and 20% glycerol.
Physical Appearance:Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Purity:Greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
